Non fungible bricks(NFBs)

Artists, investors, and owners now have a platform to sell their tangible art works to multiple buyers in the form of bricks on NFB walls. This is an easy, understandable, and secure, direct route to market to monetise their creations in the form of fractional ownership.
The Art NFB platform allow artists and owners to divide a work into a limited number of individually numbered ‘bricks’ so that investors can own a fraction of their artwork.
The initial value of each NFB is set by the seller, with the resale values on the secondary market set by each NFB owner.
Not only does what was previously accessible to only the wealthy become open to all, but it also provides a true market value at any one time as NFB prices will vary according to availability and demand.

Recurring commissions

Original sellers on the ArtNFB platform will receive recurring commissions on all resales of NFBs, FOREVER!

No digital wallets or cryptocurrency is involved, a buyer simply clicks on a brick and purchases it using their credit card, or other common payment methods.

How do I join ArtNFB

How do I sell my artwork?

Complete the online form within your ArtNFB account. You decide on the number of NFBs and the price for each NFB. You can also choose if each NFB price remains static or increases dynamically.

What is your commission?

Sellers commission is only 12.5%.

How do you authenticate the artwork?

Artists are required to submit 2 forms of ID using independent CREDAS, and a signed certificate of authenticity and ownership for each artwork. Artists and owners can also submit other provenance documents if required.

What happens to the physical artwork?

Once ONE NFB has been sold the artwork must be delivered to ArtNFB HQ who will take over the secure storage and insurance.

Who insures the artwork?

The seller must insure the artwork until it is transferred to ArtNFB HQ.

Can a single buyer take possession of artwork?

Providing a single ArtNFB account holder has acquired all the NFBs within a wall, the account holder can request possession of the artwork and it will be removed from the ArtNFB platform.

What are the upload administration fees?

Artwork can be uploaded to a wall for only £49.95 per wall. However, for 2024 this fee is reduced to only £29.95+VAT.
